WISH CRS is a multi-property Central Reservation System, tightly interfaced with WISH Front Office PMS at individual property. Requiring minimal re-training, WISH Front Office users can perform all the reservations and pre-arrival functions of the hotel where the guest will arrive. Tightly integrated with each participating hotel's WISH Front Office system, Corporate WISH CRS uses the hotel's parameters eliminating the need to 'map' data. It also provides a single image of inventory and reservations data across the chain allowing users to view availability across all properties & query for guests at any of the chain's properties.
